Swinsol is constantly adopting to a greener environment. The newly implemented Recycle & Reuse Program allows customers to benefit from the program and return their wearing parts used by spinning mills and get a monetary reward for supporting sustainability. In the process of ring and compact spinning, there are some wearing parts which have a limited lifetime. Afterwards, they often are thrown in the trash. Swinsol’s approach to sustainability and recycling especially wants to tackle this issue and create a win-win situation for both, customers and the environment. Research on recycling and the parts used by Swinsol`s products

Our drive for sustainability made us deep dive into material and environmental preservation. We analyzed and tested all of our components in detail, whic are produced for our compact systems for their lifetime and ability to recycle. Our studies came to the conclusion, that the unit itself has a extraordinary lifetime up to a decade and therefore fullfills the thought of a sustainable product. It is durable and preserves the high quality material used to built the long lasting unit.

But in the process, we realized that there is one part that needs to be changed every few years and therefore sustainability can be optimized. The compactor is the only part which needs to be changed on a 3 year basis. Our part in sustainability is, to make it possible to recycle the compactor and make new ones out of the old material, which would otherwise be thrown away. So we decided to take on this journey and optimize through the studies we did on our components. We decided that we want to pass these benefits to our customers, so they can profit too in supporting the environment. After our studies, we have come up with a sustainability program regarding the compactors and every customer of us can take part in it. For every used compactor that you return to us, you get 10% off the purchase price of a new compactor. This is our sustainability buy-back program.

The Swinsol Recycle & Reuse Program is aimed towards our customers and spinning mills. The service applies first and foremost to our compactors. The materials used by us can and should be recycled. Our compactors for the Recompact unit generally last about 3 years in lifetime – that is also the liftime we guarantee you. Afterwards, we offer the customer a buy-back program. Customers can turn in their used compactors to the local partner and get a discount on the next order. We will then recycle the material and use it for newly made wearing parts. Our customers are able to support sustainability and the environment and get paid by us with a discount by doing so. In detail, you get 10% off on every new compactor purchased, for every old compactor you returned to us.
