Feedback of one of our highly valued partner spinning mill

Today, we present one of the latest customer feedbacks on our Recompact System. Our valued customer has been running the mechanical compact for some time and has great expertise and discovered the advantages and benefits it provides. Read through, to get to know their perspective on the mechanical compact unit manufactured by Swinsol.

 

TATA Textile Mills Landhi Unit – Pakistan

The Assistant Vice President of Mill Operation at TATA Textiles, Mr. Farhan Ahmed, has been trying different compact systems and this is his conclusion after finding the right one:

“In past we had tried different mechanical compacting systems in order to reduce yarn hairiness, IPI values and increase of yarn strength but results we had achieved were not up to a satisfactory level, later we were introduced to Swinsol mechanical compacting system and initially we tried installation on our frames. Upon successful results and positive feedback from the market we extended our business with Swinsol and now a total 14,160 spindles are working with the RECOMPACT system producing knitting yarn in count range from Ne 20/1 ~ 30/1 for additional added value on the market.

The market feedback of our yarn is very supportive due to the fact of lower hairiness, higher yarn strength and less IPI. Thanks to SWINSOL who enabled us to make our footing strong in today’s competitive market. We have also realized power saving due to the advantage of running lower twist multiplier values compared to conventional yarn. Also the ring frame speed can be reduced. We have found Swinsol system easy to maintain, with few parts involved in the compacting zone and very simlpe in terms of worker operations.

We are in the installation phase of installing more spindles with the Swinsol System currently and we are confident to have a great experience, we would also like to thank Swinsol’s local supportive staff and their fullest availability to us.”
